Responsabilit\u00e0 del cliente<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"21932\" data-end=\"22109\">Il cliente \u00e8 personalmente responsabile di tutte le multe, sanzioni, pedaggi, accessi non autorizzati, violazioni ZTL e altre infrazioni commesse durante il periodo di noleggio.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Comunicazione dei dati<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"22140\" data-end=\"22323\">La societ\u00e0 potr\u00e0 comunicare alle autorit\u00e0, agli enti competenti o ai concessionari di servizi i dati necessari a identificare il conducente o il soggetto responsabile dell\u2019infrazione.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Costi amministrativi<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"22352\" data-end=\"22578\">Oltre all\u2019importo della sanzione, la societ\u00e0 potr\u00e0 addebitare un costo amministrativo per gestione pratica, notifica, lavorazione documentale o recupero dati, se previsto nelle condizioni economiche pubblicate o nel contratto.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Addebiti successivi<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"22606\" data-end=\"22816\">Il cliente autorizza la societ\u00e0, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge e dal contratto, ad addebitare gli importi dovuti connessi a sanzioni, danni, spese o penali emerse successivamente alla chiusura del noleggio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gestione multe e sanzioni 1.
